Describe two choices a politically ambitious young person in Mexico should make to improve her or his chances of gaining a political leadership position.

1. They should get educated. There is a rise in technocrats in the Mexican government, and many positions are being filled by educated and experienced people.
2. Clientalism is another popular way that peole gain political leadership positions. Citizens are rewarded for supporting a certain political party (this is especially popular within the PRI party)
Two points out of two possible for part 1.
No points out of two possible for part 2. The question asked what "choices a politically ambitious young person in Mexico should make..." This response does not describe a choice.
